Sodium CMC is an odourless, tasteless and non-toxic white to cream powder.
It is highly soluble in water of all temperatures but dissolves faster
in hot water than cold water.
Sodium CMC acts as a Thickening Agent, Suspending and
Stabilizing Dispersions, Water Retention Property, Absorbs into a surface
of minerals and other particles protecting colloids and adhesive properties.
