- Ms. K. Rajani w/o K. Raghava Reddy. She is M.Sc (Micro Biology) having good experience. She is also one of the Board of Director. She will take care of day to day affairs of the company.
- Mr. A. Edukondal Reddy is M B A who looks after the day to day finance operations of the company.

- Mr. Ch. Sudhakar Reddy M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry), General Manager Technical and Marketing having 14 Years experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical companies.
- Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy M.Sc (Organic Chemistry), General Manager Technical and Marketing having 16 years experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical companies.

- Mr. K. Anil Reddy MSc Industrial Chemistry. He is Chief Executive – Officer. Who looks after purchases etc.
- N.S. Narayanan, GM Works who looks after production for unit II. He is having more than two decades experience in Pharma field.
- P.U. Bhaskar Reddy, Asst General manager having more than 25 years experience in various pharma companies. He is worked as Production Manager in Dr. Reddy Labs, Hyderabad for a period of more than 14 years.
- Mr. R.D. Yadav working as Production Manager having three decades experience in Pharma field. He looks after independently Unit1
- Mr. A.V. Sudhakar Reddy, M.Sc, Analytical Chemistry, Quality Manager having 16 Years experience in Pharmaceutical companies. He will take care of Quality matters in the Company.
